It is not the whole agreement — the rest is settled with you, in writing, before we build.
This site, and the work described on it, come from Empty Desk AI, ABN 48 266 515 070, Melbourne.
You can reach us at info@emptydeskai.com.
We build one workflow at a time, inside the software you already use.
What it does and which systems it touches are written on your scope page before we build.
Your workflow runs in the accounts you already have, and its state is stored there.
Where you have no system that can hold it, we hold one copy for you.
That copy is kept apart from every other client’s, you can export it at any time, and we delete it when you ask.
Which of the two applies to you is written into your contract.
Each step sends the model only the fields that step needs.
Names, phone numbers, email addresses and ID numbers are replaced with codes wherever the step still works with codes.
Clinical notes, photographs of identity documents and bank account numbers are kept out of what is sent.
Which provider runs the model, and the region it runs in, are written on your scope page.
The model is not trained on your data.
The log, and the list of things left for you, are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
A shorter or longer period is written on your scope page.
Access is issued in your name.
You can revoke it at any time, and the credentials are deleted when you do.
Payments, supplier orders and account access wait for someone on your side.
Any stop you add on top of those is written on your scope page.
Your scope page is one page. It names the workflow, the systems it connects, the model, what it stops for, and where you see it.
You sign it before we build.
Where this page says something is written on your scope page, your scope page is the one that settles it.
Payroll calculations, tax lodgements, legal drafting, clinical judgement and marketing copy stay with you and your advisers.
Clinics, NDIS and aged care need a professional review before that workflow runs.
That review comes from your advisers.
